Mutual Learning Exercise – Research and Innovation Foresight

The purpose of the Mutual Learning Exercise (MLE) is to facilitate the exchange of information, experiences and lessons learnt in the practice of R&I foresight across EU and Associated Countries, and to contribute to the development of an impactful R&I foresight community as an important element of European Research Area.

Technology Centre Prague hosted in May 25-26, 2023, the workshop on Topic 5: From Foresight for Smart Specialisation to engagement in EU Research Programmes, Missions and Partnerships.  Michal Pazour (Technology Centre Prague) was entrusted by the European Commission as a Topic lead expert.

Future perspectives in the Czech Smart specialisation strategy (S3) presented Tomáš Holinka (Ministry of Trade and Industry). The session followed by the discussion among Czech stakeholders, experts and MLE participants on how effectively consider future perspectives in the implementation of smart specialisation strategies (S3).
