Support to Czechia on its reforms of the Technology Transfer Offices sector

This report has been prepared to inform the work of the PSF (Policy Support Facility) panel of experts who will be responsible for formulating recommendations for improving the knowledge transfer from universities and public research institutions to innovation in the business and public sectors in Czechia. The aim of this study was to provide a broader framework of the Czech R&I system so that opportunities for improvement in the knowledge valorisation system could be identified and assessed in the context of the institutional and cultural environment for R&I in Czechia.
