Sad news

At the end of 2025, after a short illness, Ing. Karel Aim, CSc., a member of the Emeritus Council of the Technology Centre Prague, passed away. Karel played a significant role particularly in the establishment of the Technology Centre and in its early stages of development in the 1990s. For many years, he served as a representative of the Czech Academy of Sciences on the Council of the Technology Centre. Thanks to his visionary approach, tireless work ethic, and rational critical thinking, he was always a valued partner in shaping the strategic concepts for the Technology Centre’s development.
