Research Commercialisation Specialist

Technology Centre Prague – Business Development Department is looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Research Commercialisation Specialist.

Job Description:

• Analyse market size and dynamics, customer segments, competition, trends, and barriers to entry. Assess the commercial potential of technologies and research results using data, customer interviews, and specific use cases.

• Develop business cases, financial models, forecasts, and scenarios covering revenues, costs, and funding requirements.

• Design commercialisation and go-to-market strategies for research results, startups, and established companies.

• Lead working meetings with researchers, founders, management teams, and experts, and present recommendations in both Czech and English.

• Proactively identify new clients for analytical and consulting services and build relationships with companies and research organisations.

We demand:

• University degree in economics, management, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.

• Experience in market or strategic analysis, innovation, finance, business consulting, or technology transfer.

• Good understanding of deep tech and advanced technologies.

• Ability to engage in structured discussions with both researchers and entrepreneurs.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
