Lenka Havlíčková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, specialization in European Integration and International Policy. During her studies she was on a traineeship in Lithuania and Northern Ireland. She has been working in the Technology Centre ASCR since September 2006 as a member of the Information for Research group. She is a National Contact Point (NCP) for FP7 programmes Research Infrastructures, Research Potential and Regions of Knowledge as well as FP7 horizontal activities (Technology Platforms, Joint Technology Initiatives, ERA-NETs). During the Czech Presidency she was part of preparatory teams of EUFORDIA 2009 and EuroNanoForum 2009 conferences organized by TC ASCR. From November 2009 till January 2010 she was on a traineeship in the Czech Liaison Office for R&D in Brussels (CZELO).
