Jana Cejkova graduated from the Faculty of Science at the Charles University in Prague; her specialisation is biology. She works as the National Contact Point for the thematic programme “Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development” of the 5th EU Framework Programme. She concentrates on the environmental issues. She also participates in projects focused on technology transfer in the energy and environmental sectors (ENERTEC2000, OPET CR). She enjoys her leisure time mostly in the mountains.
